Plans

Current plans are ₹9 for 30 minutes, ₹19 for 1 hour, ₹39 for 24 hours and ₹59 for 24 hours, with the collections shown on the Pricing page.

Before activation

If payment is completed but a promotion is not activated because of a KathaCharts technical issue, contact us promptly so the transaction can be reviewed and, where appropriate, a refund or other remedy considered.

After activation

Because the promotional service is time-based digital visibility that begins after payment verification, refunds are generally not available solely because the expected traffic or engagement was not achieved.

Failed or duplicated payments

If your account was debited but the promotion was not confirmed, contact us with the payment reference and Story ID. We will investigate.

Refund timing

Where a refund is approved, processing time can depend on Razorpay and the banking network.
